My experience

Scott reached out to me in March end about this interesting book. As my readers know that I have read and reviewed few books on my blog, including the Explorer Academy: The Nebula Secret book review, Rich Dad Poor Dad: How money savvy are you, Lucy Wyndham Work outs It is a new decade to be healthy and education books to support new teachers like New Teacher Nook, to name a few.

I received the pdf copy of the book Universal Rules of Life by Dr. Fanous couple weeks ago. The 288 pages book is full of motivation and simple tips, techniques and strategies to follow. I found his writing to be simple yet effective and easy to follow. His examples are real life and easily understandable. He has included a short and sweet summary of the rules at the end of his book, for readers to do a quick check as often as they need.

Below are some examples of the 27 Rules from The Universal Rules of Life Book by Dr. Fanous:

  • Do It Now, Perfect It Later (Stop the “I Will” Habit)
  • Start Every Criticism with a Compliment, and Every Argument with an Agreement ( How to criticize and argue, yet remain linked and respected)
  • Stand Straight, Look Straight (How your posture and gaze can create a commanding presence…before you even utter a word)
  • Your #1 Goal in Life Is Happiness (How to implement the four indispensable secrets of living happily)
  • When You Don’t Know What to Say…Say Nothing! ( Silence is often your best reply)

According to Dr. Fanous, the 27 rules are a series of techniques and strategies that will help you feel happier, become more successful, and cultivate better relationships, leading to a greater sense of well-being and peace.
