My experience
The kit I received from momsmeet included a full-size bottle of Ostinol Insta Joint along with a bottle of Tricalcidin-3, which is a premium blend calcium supplement. I also received a duffel bag and two sports towels.
I try to work out regularly. Although I do not have a rigorous exercise routine, I try to walk outdoors 3-5 days a week and do HIIT or aerobic exercise at least twice a week. I follow Lucy’s workout videos and you may read my earlier post “it is a new decade to be healthy” here. I change my supplements intake every few months, and have tried calcium supplements, persona multi-vitamins, and elderberry gummies for vitamin C. You can start with 2 Ostinol Insta Joint capsules twice a day and then decrease to 1-2 capsules, once or twice a day as needed. If you continue extreme workouts, you can continue to take two capsules twice a day. I am hopeful that these capsules are helping my bones and maintaining flexibility of my joint as I continue moving my body around and live this active lifestyle.

I’ll have to try this out. I have joint pain that comes and goes and there’s no cure for it. I just take ibuprofen and use a pain reliever Creme: but this might be more natural.
